The owners of Spitfire Tacos & Tequila, Scott Slater and Todd Ketlinski have a quick-service restaurant chain that serves tacos and burritos with spit-fired meats in Eagle, Idaho. Ketlinski is a Boise native who grew up in the area and graduated from Boise State.
The owners of Richard’s Restaurant & Bar, which is located at the Inn at 500 Capitol Hotel. The couple is retiring and selling the restaurant to Slater and Ketlinski. Langston will continue as the executive chef for the new steakhouse, Hemlock, through the transition.
The hip, upscale restaurant will offer brunch with a DJ! Ketlinski and Slater want it to have an updated and casual, cool vibe, yet with a high-end ambiance. They are targeting a Spring opening.
